Free Helpdesk, Server and Network Monitoring Software
This is a great tool, especially for the smaller companies out there who don’t have a budget to buy server monitoring software or any Central helpdesk ticketing system. This free software does it all. I have used it before on customers servers, both so i can monitor any event without logging onto the servers, but also so they can email me at a central location using an internal email address.
